Casa Con Calma

Welcome to paradise! Casa con Calma in the Urbanisation Roche near Conil was finished 2023 and is a house of pure luxury with an incredible roof terrace. When the gate opens, you can leave all problems behind. The garden with its tropical plants and the turquese shimmering pool will make you feel on holidays immediately. The house was decorated with a lot of love to details and natural materials. On the ground floor you will find the living room with two comfy sofas and a beautiful large dining table. A sliding glass door opens the view to the hall so house is very generous and light. There are also sliding doors to the attached kitchen. The kitchen will make you happy, if you like to cook and also cooking with a group is fun here because of the big island in the center that offers enough space for everybody. In front of the kitchen and living room there is a large terrace with dining table and sofas to relax. It is tiled with Travertin marble which is another element in the natural design of the house and you can enjoy wonderful views into the garden from here. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) with a shower room and a cloak room on this floor.
On the first floor you will find four bedrooms, each with access to the terrace and views to garden and pool. The masterbedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom. There is one more bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and two bedrooms with twin beds (one with two singles and one with a single bed with a second pull out bed) and two more shower rooms. The roof terrace of 120m2  is the perfect spot for the sunset and to enjoy the mild summer nights or to take a sunbath in spring or autumn. Enjoy the stunning view over the pine trees to the sea! The beach is just a stonethrow away and you can access the house from Av Dinamarca or Av Sauce. In summer there are many activities for children in the urbaisation and you can rent bikes, play tennis or paddle or go for a walk on the beach or in the pine forest.
