Casa Solano

Casa Solano is a terraced house completed in 2021 with modern furnishings and all comforts. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area and the large fantastically furnished kitchen as well as a guest toilet. On the first floor are the two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (cold and hot) so that the house is very comfortable all year round. There is a small space on the property to park a small or medium sized car, but in the low season there is plenty of parking on the doorstep. Behind the house, with access from the kitchen, there is a terrace with a dining table for up to 6 persons. The most beautiful spot is the private roof terrace with comfy sofa and loungers and fantastic sea views all the way to the Trafalgar lighthouse and, on a clear day, all the way to the coast of Africa. The location of Casa Solano could not be better: It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach or the centre of Conil.
