Casa Joven with private swimming pool comprises of three bedrooms, each with a bathroom ensuite. It comfortably accomodates 6 people. The house has a spacious, very luminous living room with dining table and a separate, well equipped kitchen. The living room, the adjacent bedroom with its bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating which makes the house cosy and warm also in winter. There is also a open fire place in the living room. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning (cold and warm). In front of the house there is a beautiful conservatory where you may enjoy your meals at any time of the year. There is a large garden with BBQ area equipped with a modern gas grill. The beach as well as the popular Restaurant El Marinero are only a few minutes on foot.

Wir haben 6 unvergessliche Wochen in der Villa Casa Joven verbracht und können nur sagen: es war ein Traum!

Der Garten ist ein wahres Paradies, mit Palmen, Apfelsinen- und Zitronenbäumen, die zum Ernten einladen. Die Dachterrasse ist der perfekte Ort, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Der halb offene Wintergarten ist ideal für ein gemütliches Frühstück oder einen Sundowner.

Die separate Grillecke mit Sitzgelegenheit für 6 Gäste ist perfekt für Familienfeiern oder Treffen mit Freunden. Die 3 großen Schlafzimmer mit separaten Badezimmern bieten viel Platz und Komfort.

Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist der perfekte Ort, um sich nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist ein Traum für jeden Koch.

Alles in der Villa war perfekt und sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Wir können die Villa Casa Joven nur empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder die Gelegenheit haben, hier zu wohnen.
